Obey Copyright Laws Subscriber agrees to abide by copyright laws which prevent the unauthorized duplication and re-distribution of GeoPic images. GeoPic usage rights include the ability to utilize the images for describing a property, which may include publication or other forms of display. Accuracy Not Guaranteed Zaio does not guarantee complete accuracy. By signing below the Subscriber waives all right to recourse against Zaio where images do not match the address or where other parcel identifiers and data are incorrect. Use at your own risk. No Right of Recourse Subscriber waives all rights to recourse against Zaio for any and all cost or damages it may incur as a direct or indirect result of reliance upon GeoPic images. No Owner's Permission Provided The Subscriber agrees that use of GeoPic images for certain publication functions may require permission from the property owner and that such permission is not provided or implied by Zaio. The Subscriber agrees that Zaio is acting in the role of photography contractor in providing GeoPic images and the Subscriber will be fully responsible for the use of all photographs obtained through GeoPic. GeoPic on My Website In the event the Subscriber places GeoPic on its own website, the Subscriber agrees to not publicly display any username or password and will only provide access to its clients under strict supervision by the Subscriber and for purposes approved by Zaio Corporation.
