Effective January 1, 2008
Appraisal Zone ownership is purchased by the appraiser and is a resalable lifetime asset. Zaio applies the initial
Zone investment toward the photo data collection and parcel data acquisition cost.
Value Collector Software Licenses are issued per Zone. The investment is $10,000 per Zone, effective January 1, 2008.
Beginning January 1, 2008 zones that are in the process of being photographed are priced at $11,000 and Zones that are photographed and ready for scoring
are priced at $12,500.
A Value Collector Software License provides the following:
- Protected rights to monitor market values in your Zone and deliver instant exterior based appraisals
- Access to Images and parcel data for your entire city/area to assist with your appraisal assignments
- Access to all software necessary to analyze the photos and parcel data in order to produce and deliver appraisal reports
- Handheld PDA based software to view all property images and record property data, score properties and confirm value estimates while inspecting homes on the street
