WORKING SMARTER
Upgraded GeoScore™ software turbo-charges appraisal speed, accuracy
Revamped software is taking GeoScore™ – Zaio’s revolutionary appraisal technology
– to productive new heights. “From an appraiser’s standpoint, GeoScore’s new Valytics
software is significantly more efficient,” said Zaio CEO Thomas Inserra. Zaio
founder and Chief Science Officer Brad Stinson added: “Valytics does more than appraisals.
It performs an in-depth analysis of real estate values, and it works far faster
than our previous system.”
GeoScore™ was designed to provide clients with an instant, unbiased, comprehensive
analysis of a property. Responding to input from appraisers, Zaio’s IT experts have
refined the software, boosting functionality dramatically so that Zaio can accelerate
implementation throughout the U.S. After a two-month test, Valytics 2.0 debuted
February 1, and is being provided to all new appraisers. Appraisers using the previous
system will find transition to the new software seamless. All users will enjoy taking
advantage of advanced features such as:
-
Better batch scoring – now appraisers can rate up to 20 properties at a time based
on similar market conditions and characteristics
-
Improved comparables function – add more than three comparable properties per market
group
-
Enhanced speed and functionality
-
Easy, instant viewing of standard industry forms and data within the Valytics software
-
New quality-control function double-checks data
-
New report-card option lets appraisers review accuracy of their work in real time
-
Market trend analysis – appraisals and comparable sales can be plotted against a
value trend line. Now appraisers can monitor the trend for any given property over
a period of time, resulting in more accurate values.
In addition, using Valytics 2.0 appraisers are now able to produce a complete line
of valuation services including AVMs, desktop appraisals, exterior drive-bys,
professional price opinions, and full URAR interior appraisals – all of which are
currently offered by Zaio across the U.S. in all 50 states.
