David King – President and CEO
With a background in technology development, product to market initiatives and corporate structure, David King specializes in establishing and managing business fundamentals. David has previously held positions including Senior Vice President, Digital Media at Cineplex Entertainment LP, and Senior Vice President and General Manager at Wi-LAN Inc. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Calgary.

Gregory L. Ford - Member, Board of Directors
Mr. Ford spent the past 10 years with M&T Bank and served as Executive Vice President and Consumer Lending Manager. In that role Mr. Ford provided strategic direction and leadership for 750 employees responsible for Consumer Lending lines of business and support functions. For the bank he developed and implemented long-term strategic direction for business lines, product enhancements, and technology support. He established key operating values as a baseline for interaction throughout the division and was a member of the Asset and Liability Committee, the executive management team, and President of M&T Credit Corporation. Prior to his work with M&T Bank, Gregory was Senior Vice President and National Convenience Banking Manager for BANK ONE CORPORATION where he developed and executed strategies for automated teller machines, transaction migration, and alternative delivery. His service was marked with success in managing all aspects of national convenience banking.

Joel Strickland Member, Board of Directors
Mr Strickland was a senior fixed income trader in New York where he assumed responsibility for all Government of Canada fixed income trading at Lehman Brothers. He is also an entrepreneur and financier. His most recent success was Buchanan Renewables, a company he established in Geneva and Liberia. Joel is a graduate of the Richard Ivey Business School's HBA program and other current Board positions include Canadian National Stock Exchange (CNSX), Welaptega Marine Ltd. and Elephant and Castle Inc.

Brad Stinson - Chief Appraisal Officer and Member, Board of Directors
Mr. Stinson is the founder of Zaio. He began photographing entire cities from the street in 1995 while operating a successful residential appraisal business. Mr. Stinson’s early systems captured and catalogued 1.7 million digital real estate images across Canada. He was a mortgage underwriter prior to his appraisal career. His appreciation for appraisal accuracy and speed fostered some of the industry’s earliest appraisal software. In 1984 his appraisal team was completing appraisal reports in the field utilizing early laptop computers, mobile printers and instamatic cameras. Turn time for residential reports was often the same day, a revolution for that period. In the early 1990’s his appraisal software and systems were first to incorporate digital photos, electronic signatures, wireless data downloads from MLS servers and wireless appraisal delivery via a bulletin board service, all prior to the advent of the Internet. Mr. Stinson’s vision has always been providing exemplary service to mortgage lenders and others.

John Gillberry, Board of Directors- Chairman of the Board
Mr. Gillberry is a seasoned senior executive with a track record spanning nearly two decades of success with particular expertise in managing the finance and operations of venture capital backed enterprises. He has successfully completed complex transactions including mergers, acquisitions, cross-border business arrangements and international business agreements and has held a variety of senior roles ranging from Vice President and CEO at a variety of leading firms including G.A. Finance, RCA Corporation, General Electric, Thomson SA, Radiant Energy Corporation and Newcourt Credit Group. John sits on several Boards of both private and public corporations, including Wi-LAN Inc., and is active in local and community non-profit organizations. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario.
